Reservation Agreement

At Ontario Puppy Boutique, we always want our puppies to transition into their forever homes at the perfect time, when they are confident, social, and ready to bond with their new families.

By placing a deposit, I understand that my puppy is ready for pickup or delivery within five (5) days of the deposit date, or up to seven days maximum if arranged ahead of time.
This policy helps ensure each puppy continues their routine, bonding, and development without delay.

I acknowledge that Ontario Puppy Boutique cannot hold puppies beyond this timeframe, and that deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable toward a future litter if needed.
