Delivery by Road
Delivery by Car (Within Ontario) – $50+
Delivery costs range from $50–$500 depending on your location.
For deliveries to Ottawa, the cost is $550.
A $200 deposit is required to reserve your puppy.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
We’ll coordinate the details to ensure your puppy arrives safely and comfortably at your
home.
Local Pickup
This is our recommended option for families who prefer to meet us directly. Picking up your puppy in person allows for a smooth and personal handoff.
How It Works:
Book an appointment to pick up your reserved puppy at our Richmond Hill location.
Delivery by Air
Shipping via Airline Cargo (Within Canada) – $650+
For families outside Ontario, we provide nationwide shipping via trusted airline cargo services. Puppies travel in a temperature-controlled compartment to ensure their safety and comfort.
How It Works
Puppies are flight-trained to minimize stress during travel. You’ll receive a flight confirmation once the reservation is booked. Before departure, we’ll video call you and provide all necessary documents confirming the drop-off and pick-up details.
Payment Structure
A $500 deposit secures your puppy.
The remaining balance is due before the puppy boards the flight.

Nanny Service Delivery (Canada & USA Only) – $1500
For a more personal experience, your puppy can travel in-cabin with a professional flight
nanny. This ensures they are cared for throughout the journey and delivered directly to you.
How It Works
The flight nanny accompanies your puppy during the flight. We’ll keep you updated and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Payment Structure
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your puppy. The remaining balance is payable in local currency upon delivery.
